Hello,
I apologize for the exceptional delay in replying and thank you for your kind patience.
Well, sometimes cycles can be delayed due to conditions such as stress, anxiety, weight changes (since your current weight is leaning towards being obese, I would recommend weight reduction as well), unaccustomed exercise, traveling, late nights, smoking and drinking could be potential reasons.
Periods can also be delayed due to mild hormone imbalance. Since your pregnancy tests were negative this could be the most likely reason.
I would advise you to visit a gynecologist in person and get evaluated for an internal exam, Pap smear, pelvic ultrasound scan and hormone levels (FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone, lipid profile)
These tests should rule out polycystic ovaries, endometrial hyperplasia, hypothyroidism which are reasons for irregularities in periods.
Afterwards, you can be prescribed progesterone tablets to induce your periods.
Feel free to discuss further, I hope this helps
