Hello I am a 23 year old male, healthy with no chronic conditions. I had received a hand job from a stripper 6 weeks ago, There was no other sexual contact. While receiving the hand job the stripper used saliva as a lubricate. I realized it was a mistake and immediately left and went home where I then washed my genitals with a iodine surgical scrub. I was fine for 10 days until I visited my long time girlfriend and had sex that had a lot of rubbing of the genital area. The next day (day 11) I noticed a macular papular rash on my mons pubis and glans penis (bilaterally), I had no pain during urination or any penile discharge. I began to take Clairton 10mg, the rash diminished in 3 days but not completely. Since the rash wasn't completely gone I visited a local parent planned hood clinic. The nurse practitioner examined my genitals and said there wasn't anything to worry about and the macular papular rash was probably due to the trauma of the iodine scrub and having sex with my girlfriend. I continued to use the Claritin for 12 days until the rash was completely gone. There was still one small flesh color papule that remained. The lesions from this experience never turned into pustules and never ulcerated. I was fine until 3 days ago when I started to workout again (first time in 2 months), I noticed that glans penis began to become sensitive and red but without papules. There is now pain on 2 sides of my corona and at the tip of my penis, there is still no discharge or pain while urinated. However now I feel that I am having pain in my left testicle that at times goes up into my inguinal cannel. I palpated the inguinal space and there is no lymphadenopathy. My question is should I be still concerned of an STD, and what are the chances this STD is chlamydia from receiving the hand job from the Stripper.
