Please give some history about this lesion. Since when you have it, where is it, how have tried to treat it, does it cause any symptoms?
Also please send a slightly zoomed out picture as the lesion is not clearly seen in the pictures you sent.

I have had it for at least 5 to 7 years. It used to be flesh colored but turned colours maybe 3 or 4 years old patientago. It is on the outside of my right thigh, kind of near my hip. I haven't really tried anything to treat it as it hasn't really bothered me. It occationally feels itchy but I am not sure if that is the cause or just dry skin type of thing.

This seems to be a dermatofibroma which is like a benign tumor which causes no harm.
I would recommend that you visit your doctor to get it excised.
That would help getting it resolved.
