Hello Mr Babaji.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com.
Minor coronary artery disease or insignificant coronary artery disease indicates blockage or obstruction less than 70 percent of the diameter of the coronary artery or 90 percent of the area of the artery. It need not be treated.
Occasionally these minor blockages rupture or develop ulceration on their inside surface and there is a blood clot formation over there, resulting in sudden increase in blockage. This results in pain in chest at rest.
It can lead to heart attack and is a dangerous phenomenon.
So you had a heart attack which was an acute coronary syndrome and then the clot dissolved on its own and on angio you were diagnosed with minor disease.
I can find the old report but not the new one . Kindly reattach and send for comparison.
Also the Cardace Meto 2.5/25 is good enough substitute for the two tablets. You can take it.

Dr Vivek Mahajan,
DM Cardiology.

I m attached herewith my new CAG Report for comparision
and i also wants to know human can servivive after three heart attack my frineds said me that after 3rd attack human cant servive
Hello,
The angiography report is same as previous and suggestive of insignificant coronary artery disease. Nowhere is it mentioned that humans cannot survive 3 heart attacks. It depends on the area and exteny of damage of each heart attack. 3 attacks of small area may not affect the heart much whereas a single attack with large area can lead to death.
