Is this red rash/spot a form of SKIN CANCER?

I have some sort of red spot or rash on the right side of my body between my chest and stomach. I am worried that it is a form of skin cancer.

I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having a fungal infection called tinea. It usually occurs when there are conditions of heat and humidity.
I would recommend that you apply lamisil cream which contains terbinafine cream over the lesion which would resolve it.
