Thanks for your question and concern, I very well realize why you getting worried about when to take plan b. 4 days have passed since you practiced unprotected sex. I must tell you that plan b might not prove effective during first 72 hours but as you told that you had 48 hours before you can get high concentrations of hormones in your body which in turn might have protected you. It has been a week since you had your first sexual encounter and about 4 to 5 days for the last one. So, I do not think that it will create any difference if you take plan b again or not. Moreover, as you told there was no ejaculation the chances of pregnancy decreases to nil. The only way to make sure of pregnancy is to wait for your menses to occur. However, plan b should not be adopted as a regular contraceptive method because of its high concentration of Synthetic Progesterone that could change you cycles and can be harmful. I would advise you to consult your health provider. There are some of the chances of std pictures which can be seen due to unprotected sex.
