It looks like you had a mild anaphylactic reaction to the iodinated MRI contrast , medium. This does mean that the next contrast injection could flair up this reaction , which can be choking & angioedema in extreme cases
( very rare though ) , so a contrast examination in MRI is best avoided for you.
But if this is not possible & your Radiologist thinks contrast is absolutely mandatory to view your scan better , than in that case you should insist on low osmolar MRI contrast medium to be given , under the supervision of an Anaesthetist doctor. Your MRI exam with contrast should be done under SUPERVISION ONLY , by a trained Anaesthetist.
