This is one of the biggest problems of using the DHT blocker Natrol. It blocks the testosterone analogue which in turn helps in growth of hair but the blockage is wide spread and helps in interfering with the sexual functions as well. Erectile dysfunction is difficult to treat while you are the Natrol and the best therapy would be to discontinue it. With time the problem should reverse. Coming to the problem of premature ejaculation. Now its a type of anxiety disorder and the person normally suffers from performance anxiety where in he is anxious if he can perform or not.
First you can try the start stop technique. Your wife is supposed to start stimulating you and the moment you are about toejaculated she is supposed to stop all the stimulation and and hold your penis head hard. Now this should be repeated.
Perineal exercises also help. These are the muscle exercises that occur when you contract the perineal muscles like when you are trying to stop the urine or feces. You have to do this contrations repeatedly daily to tone up the perineal muscles.
One solution is medications. Some patients are not willing to wait for these acts to produce results and instead demand medicines. I prescribe them 12.5 mg paroxetine at night and they are doing good. Normally one should try until 25mg of Paroxetine. If paroxetine is not effective then Dapoxetine is an option. It has to be given 1 hour before having sex and will prolong the sexual interval.

i have few question if you don't mind
in the meantime is there any fast solution to overcome the erection problem , even if temporarily ?
if not , when should i expect result after stop dht blocker ?
and finally is there any another solution for hair loss that doesn't affect my sex life ?

I dont think there is any proper solution to quicken the resolution of erection problem. If you have any immediate commitment you may take sildenafil 50 mg one hour before sex.
One product I am yet to try in my patients is Tentex forte. Its a herbal product but many of patients have reported improvement with it. They take it 2 tablets per day. But as I have personally not prescribed it, I cannot strongly recommend it to you.
Regarding the hair loss solution, I am not an expert in this area as I am a psychiatrist and sexologist. You may consult a dermatologist for the same. But remember to exclude tue drugs which interfere with testosterone.
