HIGHLIGHTED DOT in BRAIN STEM in MRI. TUMOUR?

Resolved Question:

I have attached one of the images from an MRI I had done because of dizziness and tingling sensation in hands. I am concerned about the tiny highlighted dot in front of the brain stem and in the pituitary gland area. Could this be a tumor?
