Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I will appreciate if you can directly upload your reports since the normal range can vary across various labs.
Standard range for ASO is below 200.0, and yours is 165.0. Hence it is negative.
RF ( Rheumatoid factor ), again the normal range has to be seen in your lab, but worldwide below 20 is considered to be normal. Since yours in 29, it is slightly high, and is suggestive of Rheumatoid Arthritis. But before making the diagnosis, seeing the report will make more sense. Moreover RF can be elevated in other conditions of auto immunity too.
Kindly upload your reports and I can give you my opinion.
Regards.

Sir, my rf is 20, wrongly entered 29 and I ve taken MRI too report is normal , I ve been inserted IUD , doctor suggests me to take it off, is that a reason for pain in lower back slowly extends to neck , I need a solution for my issue no one explains why the reason I experience pain , kindly help me

Hello,
Thank you for your follow up at DoctorSpring.com
Insertion of a Mirena IUD can cause abdominal or pelvic pain but cannot be causative of neck pain. Also did the neck pain closely follow the insertion of the IUD? Unless so, the two don’t appear to be correlated. So perhaps your doctor (hopefully an OBGYN) recommended removal of the IUD for a different medical reason.
Considering your young age and normal lab values and imaging, it’s unlikely that the neck pain is due to arthritis or autoimmune disease. Especially so if no one else in your family has a history of rheumatoid arthritis or autoimmune diseases. Also you have mentioned no source of trauma or injury nor any neurological symptoms (numbness, weakness, tingling)
It such a situation, I think you may have cervical strain, which is a types of neck pain syndrome. Injury to the neck region muscles and ligaments with associated spasm of the cervical and upper back muscles may result from the physical stresses of everyday life, including poor posture and sleeping habits. Typically, symptoms are experienced as pain, stiffness, and tightness in the upper back or shoulder, and last for up to six weeks.
I would suggest the following:

  1. Posture modifications (sitting straight with the shoulders held back, driving with the arms slightly shrugged (eg, on arm rests), and avoiding carrying bags or gear with straps over the shoulders.)
  2. Proper sleep posture: The head and neck should be aligned with the body, best accomplished with a small pillow under the neck.
  3. Medication: Take 1 tablet acetaminophen 500 mg as needed (whenever you feel the pain). Do not exceed more than 4 tablets per day. Should this be ineffective for you we can consider further management (tramadol or muscle relaxants such as cyclobenzaprine)
Hope this helps, feel free to discuss further

Sir, as I told you before I ve plenty of pus cells in urine routine and no growth of bacteria or pus cells in urine culture but doctor gave me , metrogyl 400 ciplox 500 chymoral forte myospaz can I continue to eat these tabs, actually he asked me to take d3 test, mine is 11, he says no need to take medicine for that ...
mass you said my grandfather had arthritis and in my family maternal and paternal grand parents have diabities and even my mother have diabities and thyroid ...

Hello,
Thank you for your follow up at DoctorSpring.com
In your previous emails you had not mentioned that you were being treated for the urinary tract infection also I cannot recommend adequate treatment without knowing exact number of pus cells. Additionally, the neck pain was mentioned as the reason for the consult hence I focused on it. Yes, the tablets prescribed by your doctor must be taken to clear the infection in your urinary tract system.
Also I have noted your family history of arthritis, but still considering your young age and absence of positive results (with the exception of the UTI for which you are being adequately treated) I would still recommend the above management. Should your neck pain persist at the end of one week, it may require further testing.
Hope this helps, feel free to discuss further
