From the picture, it looks like a mole or a seborrheic keratosis. However, it needs to be physically examined to come to a diagnosis. Hence I would recommend that you visit a dermatologist who can examine it. In case of a dark spot it's always best to get a dermatoscopy done to rule out possibility of a melanoma.
