I understand your concern.
Anixety causes a lot of varied symptoms, which mimics other diseases. It causes heart symptoms such as palpitations, heart flutter, e.t.c, since anxiety causes the catecholamine levels to increase and they have a direct effect on the circulation, and the heart rate.
However, just to be on the safer side, I will still advise you an ECG which can rule out any cardiac issues, and once you see normal reports, it will also give you mental peace. Considering your age, and with no congenital heart conditions, a heart problem is not probable at all.
