Hello,
Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.
Your symptoms are quite suggestive of connective tissue disorder called systemic lupus erythematosus commonly called as lupus / SLE (associated with Iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism.)
Systemic lupus erythematosus (also known as lupus or SLE) is a chronic inflammatory disease that can affect various parts of the body. Lupus is an autoimmune condition, meaning that your body's immune system attacks your own tissues, thinking that they are foreign. This can lead to pain, swelling, and damage to organs such as the kidneys. The cause of lupus is not clear. With modern medicine Lupus can be effectively treated and controlled.
The diagnosis has to confirmed using further tests. I would highly recommend you a series of test to establish the organ involvement. Treatment plans if needed depends on these test results.
Complete blood count, recent ESR with paired CRP.
Liver and kidney function test. (Urine routine and microscopy is part of Kidney function test).
Chest x ray.
dsDNA.
Please revert back to me or review with all these test suggested to you, to a rheumatologist at your place.
