Did your vomiting precede the sore throat?
And there is no fever?
What is the color of your vomit?
Is there any regurgitation/ abdominal pain? How is your stool frequency? Any change in appetite?
You already mentioned you have no other symptoms, however just to confirm kindly answer the above mentioned questions. Based on your answers i can help you further.

hi no the sore throat started first stool movements are normal i have had the aches all over no abdominal pain the vomiting was after the sore throat i just feel lifeless

It seems like you got a bad pharyngitis infection. Sometimes pharyngitis can be associated with gastric discomfort like nausea and vomiting.
I will recommend you start saline water gargling 3-4 times a day for the next 3 days and take the following medicines :-
1) Tab. Augmentin 650 mg twice daily for 5 days ( Amoxycillin-Clavulanic Acid )
2) Tab. Ondansetron, twice a day, before meals. ( till vomiting subsides )
3) Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg once a day, before breakfast for 3 days
Please continue the medicines for 3 days and let me know if your symptoms improve.
