Hello,
Thank you for choosing Doctor Spring.
I have discussed your concern with our Team Neurologist
Chances of concussion are unlikely in your case, as do not have any other accompanying symptoms like dizziness, changes in the vision, ringing in ears, depression, disturbed sleep etc
But this possibility cannot be completely ruled out with necessary examination and investigations (CT Brain, MRI brain).
Now its bit tricky on how to proceed. If you have access Urgent care / ER I would recommend a visit. You Doctor can look at your eyes, reflexes etc and see whether there is any neurological signs warranting investigation.
If not I would recommend a judicious observation. If the headache persists from more than 24 hours from now, or if you have any one of the following symptoms - nausea, vomiting, double vision, loss of smell, change in vision, blackening of vision, ringing in ears, unsteadiness, weakness, trouble in urination (as a matter of fact any unusual symptom ) you should get medical help.
The description of the injury and the symptoms are not necessarily suggestive of a concussion or head trauma. But your past history of concussions do make me worry.
I have made this a Neurologist in line consult (for free)
So feel free to ask followups /clarifications.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
