Can UTRICLE, MULLERIAN CYST arise from ANAL CANCER?

Resolved question:
Hello, Thank you in advance for your help. Last May I was diagnosed with anal cancer. After the standard radiation and chemo I was declared cancer free by my oncologist last August. I had exploratory surgery for the biopsy of two nodes that appeared during treatment but they turned out to be hemmoroids and non-malignant. I had a bried bout of shingles last Oct. but not severe. At the end of treatment my orgasms were mostly dry. Recently I have had a return of some fluid but it contains blood.
My radiation oncologist recommended that I see a urologist. My concern is that during conversatio with her, it was revealed that my MRI from last August revealed a utricle or mullerian cyst. My primarly oncolgist did not mention this to me at the time. He reasoning is that they are usually benign and he could not find any evidence of distant metastisis.
I am scheduled for my appointment next Wednesday but I am very panicked. Can a utricle or mullerian cyst arise from metastisized cancer? Why would it start to give me trouble now? If it is malignant, what are my chances for recovery. I couldn't care any less about sexual function, but I have a young child and I am worried about simply starying alive.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
This is really unique because the only case where the eyes appear yellowish is jaundice but your blood parameters are fine. In fact all your reports are really good, showing that your health is great as of now.
May be you can upload a picture after taking it next time on getting up?
This is really nothing to be worried about, and the fact it does not persist beyond a certain point is also comforting.
Will it be possible for you to upload a picture after you get up early in the morning?
Awaiting your reply,
Regards.
