Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
How much was the bleeding? Sometimes due to constant bowel movement and cramping, there can be minor amount of colitis as a result, leading to bleeding. If it was just an isolated episode with slight bleeding, it will stop on it's own.
Please let me know how much was the bleeding, as it makes a difference. You also mentioned, you're feeling fine, so it should not be a problem.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.

Hello,
Yes, due to constant cramping and colitis, there was bleeding.
Your next bowel movement needs to be observed now, if there is no bleeding, then it is nothing to worry about.
Please update me after you have your next BM.
Regards.
Patient replied :

Patient replied :
can the colitis naturally go away, will the inflammation go away on its own.
Is there anything I can do in the mean time to help
Hello,
Avoid spicy food and you can take Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for 3 days.
It won't aggravate if you take Omeprazole.
