The most probable reasons may be the enjoyment of sex with multiple partners and that too without the usage of condom or prevention. So, first of all you need to restrict to at most one partner at a time and that too with the use of proper preventive measures like female or male condoms. The second reason could be excessive and uncontrolled sex at the time of periods. So, the same shall be avoided at the time of periods. Well you may have to undergo certain tests which will confirm the severity of the infection. Some blood tests along with the sample fluid taken from the blister will reveal the infection level. Although there is no cure for Knoppix infection, however certain antiviral drugs can be of great help in getting relief from distress & ache. This infection can spread to uterus & fallopian tubes if not given timely medication. This condition is called pelvic inflammatory disease caused by bacterial infection.  Well the medication does give relief to a great extent and also prevents further spread for such infections; it is advised to have a safe sexual intercourse with your partner.
