Hello,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring. I have gone through your query in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The reports that you have types as well as the reports that you have attached are all with in normal limits. The penile USG test of your penis has shown that there is no gross structural lesions. And also the blood flow in both the phases of systole and diastole are normal. If the systolic velocity was less than 25 or the diastole was more than 5 then vasuclar causes of erectile dysfunction would have been the concern.
However all said the most common cause of the erectile dysfunction is psychological. The fact that you have stated that you are on a lot of work pressure itself suggests that the cause might be mostly psychological.
You need to see a good psychiatrist who would like to examine you in detail.
You may take sildenafil occasionally for your sexual performance but the basic cause needs to be addressed.
Hope this helps, please feel free to discuss further.

Sir,
You have said in your reply that If the systolic velocity was less than 25 or the diastole was more than 5 then vasuclar causes of erectile dysfunction would have been the concern.
But in my report : The peak systolic velocity in cavernosal arteries is seen 5cms/sec with absent diastole. Please check sir, they didnt given any medicine or injection prior to the test for creating erection condition.
By going through the reports please tell me sir,
Whether iam sexually healthy..whether velocity values or ok.Please help me..
Hello,
I am sorry for not mentioning the units in my statement.
My actual statement should have been
" If the systolic velocity was less than 25 mm/sec (2.5 cm/sex) or the diastole was more than 5 mm/sec (0.5cm/sec) then vasuclar causes of erectile dysfunction would have been the concern."
Your systolic velocity is 50mm/sec (5 cm/sec and the diastolic value is nil that is much less than 5 mm/sec. So in your case the values are still under normal range and hence you need not worry for vascular causes. My concern for psychological causes still persist.
You are physically sexually healthy as far as your reports are concerned.
Hope that helps and pardon me for my casualness while not mentioning the actual units.
Thanks and regards
