Hello,
Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring. I think consult is best answered by a Dermatologist / STD specialist (not a Hepatologist as you have chosen). Meanwhile kindly I upload a picture of the lesion on the penis as a followup question (if it is OK with you). I shall forward the query to a STD Specialist.
Thank you
Please upload a picture of the concerned area. You could do that as follow-up or yo u could email the same with reference id: 79913 to [email protected].
Thank you

The last 2 pictures are from this am, it is not as noticeable as it was last night and I have had bumps here before but due to my worries I messed with it a lot and am wondering if I just irritated a normal fordyce spot. Any ideas?
Edited to add, I have no fever, swollen glands, itching it irritation and the spot does not hurt at all when touched.
Edited again. Am I going to get a response?
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern.
From the pictures, it doesn't seem to be herpes. In herpes, there is usually a cluster of fluid filled blisters and not just one or two solitary bumps.
These are normal fordyce's spots. Due to the irritation, they were looking more prominent. I would recommend you apply mupirocin carwash over it twice a day for a week. You will require a prescription for it.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care

Were the pictures clear enough for you to feel confident that it is not herpes?
