Resolved question:
I am very concerned about having a HVP wart. I had one about 2 years ago near my rectum. It was surgically removed.
I was recently have had some itching and been treated for a bacterial and yeast infection.
It is important to know that I have OCD and am obsessing about this...fearful I would pass something to a partner.
I was told that if you put vinegar on the location for 10 minutes and it turns white, it is HPV. The area that turned white is smooth and exactly like the surrounding tissue. Can it turn white for other reasons?
I also have a lot of ruffage around the base of my vigina. Part of it looks whiter than the rest. Is this normal?
Both areas lay flat when the skin is pulled tight.
Neither of these areas protrude from the skin like a wart.

I can understand your concern. I reviewed the pictures.
I can't see any visible warts. However if an area is turning white there could be something that we call plane warts which are flat warts.
I would recommend visiting a doctor who can examine you thoroughly and treat the warts accordingly.
Application of Aldara cream is helpful in genital warts and it can be tried out in plane warts as well.

A plane wart is smooth. No ridges.
Other conditions such as Folliculitis, candidiasis, lichen planus, psoriasis etc can also cause whitening.

When you have gential warts do you always breakout with the same type of wart?
Yes, the warts morphologically are all the same, but the shape can vary depending on the site and viral infectivity.
