Hello
Thanks for writing to us.
Just fingering rarely results in a pregnancy, however inspite of using condoms, a pregnancy can result sometimes.
More likely is that with the history of anal intercourse, she could have a mild anal fissure or a haemorrhoid ( piles ).
That is the more probable reason of the spotting, particularly while passing stools.
Mild vaginal lacerations also can bleed like that.
An infection is also likely considering that she had pain in the stomach and cramps.
The only way to know what is going on is to consult a Gynecologist.
She requires an internal check up to look at her anus, vagina and internal organs, and appropriate blood and urine tests.
If she has missed her normal periods, you can take a home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy at least.
For the fissure and the infections, a visit to a gynecologist is a must both for diagnosis and for the necessary treatment.
Please do the needful.
Take care, and do write back in case you need more clarifications.

its her ultrasound report can u help me understanding this please,, and she likely to have next period on 9th august around.
thanks a lot
The report of the ultrasound is essentially normal.
It indicates PID ( pelvic inflammatory disease ) which basically means pelvic infection.
However, the ultrasound is not confirmatory nor the best test for diagnosis of a pelvic infection.
It is most important to consult a Gynecologist, so that the final diagnosis of pelvic infection can be made.
Also, other causes of the spotting and pain can be ruled out.
Please consult your doctor at the earliest.
Take care

mam,
Yes, she is going to visit a gyno, but i still want help, is pid always caused by Sti/std
PID is not ALWAYS caused by STD.
It can be caused due to poor personal hygiene, or lack of immunity, or sometimes even without any reason, just like infection anywhere else in the body.
However, in sexually active young women, STD is a major cause.
Also , fingering and anal plus vaginal sex increases the risk of transmission of infection from partner to partner.
The anus is a highly infectious place, and fingering or sex from anal to vaginal transmits anal bacteria to the vagina, increasing risk of PID.
Thanks

mam,, and by ultrasound report, it is clear that thier is no pregnacy? , but as i mention we had intercourse on 17th july, isnt it early for an ultrasound to detect pregnancy, and if every thing in report is normal than how pid is is suspected.
Thanks mam
Hi,
Yes it is too early to detect a pregnancy on the ultrasound.
The conclusive way to detect a pregnancy is to take a urine pregnancy test if your girlfriend misses her normal period on 9th of August.
PID is suspected because of presence of mild fluid in the cul de sac.
However, it is only a suspicion, confirmation as I repeatedly said is by visiting a Gynecologist.
Hope this clears your doubt.
Thanks
