Resolved question:
Hi doctor, I am a roofer and whenever the weather is humid to above 80, my legs feel cramped. It is very sever that I cannot bear it. The cramping is still there even after hydrating. Is there anyway other than getting hydrated, which works? Does eating bananas (for potassium) and preztels (salt) help?

Thanks for your question. It is recommended to take necessary blood tests for you to check whether you have some electrolyte abnormalities. Little decrease in potassium will cause leg cramps while lower levels may lead to heart attacks. Be on the safe side by getting a thorough medical checkup. It is better to prevent than cure.
