Hello.
Thanks for writing to DoctorSpring.com with your health concern.
Since you have a family history of early menopause, you have to test for it. There is a very objective way to know if you are having early menopause.
Just go for the following hormonal evaluation on the 2nd day of your period - FSH, LH, serum estradiol.
The levels will tell you if this is the case.
If it is, you would need estrogen supplementation in addition to progesterone ( which cerazette contains ) to help you feel better.
In any case, daily exercise, eating healthy , yoga and meditation will always be helpful.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
Thanks for reply
I haven't had a period for 16 years due to being on the pill constantly for my headaches so how would I know when my second day is ???
Do I just have the test anytime
Thanks for writing to us again.
Yes you can have a test any random day if you do not menstruate regularly.
Once you have taken the test, you can upload your reports and i will assist you further.
