Hello
Thanks for writing for us with your health concern.
Your daughter seems to be having a severe pelvic infection.
The smelly discharge, itching, burning and pain all point towards a vaginal / pelvic infection.
Also, it is frequently associated with a urinary tract infection.
PLease take her to a gynecologist, and have a local perineal examination for infection.
ALso, the swabs taken will diagnose the exact infection.
Urine routine and microscopy testing should be done.
Based on the report of the swab culture, antibiotics should be started, as only that will cure the infection.
The cream also would take some time to work.
Meanwhile, make sure that she drinks plenty of water.
Also, she should be wearing clean cotton underpants, changing them every few hours.
Avoid local dampness, as that will flare up the infection.
Do not handle / rub / itch or pop the boils.
Do not clean or douche vigorously.
Avoid medicated or perfumed soaps / cleansers / gels / toilet paper / tampons / tissues etc.
Just clean profusely while pouring lukewarm water gently and then pat dry with a gentle non irritant towel.
Get her blood sugars also tested to rule out juvenile diabetes.
Trim her fingernails.
All the best.
Please feel free to ask for further clarifications.
