Hello,

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com. I can understand your concern.

These are genital warts that you have.

The treatment for it would be application of imiquimod cream. You will need a prescription for the cream from your doctor. It's advisable to be under your doctor's supervision for the same.

It's best to use condoms during sexual intercourse to prevent transmission to your partner.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Hello

Thanks for your reply. I can understand your concern.

It's genital warts due to hpv.

Imiquimod cream has to be applied at night to the warts for five days a week. However, it's advisable to be under your doctor's supervision during the course of treatment.

Genital warts are acquired via sexual transmission.

Once the lesions are resolved, the virus is not present in the skin and doesn't lead to any cancerous growth.

THE DOCTOR HAS WRITTEN on paper as ANXIETY NEUROSIS,FOX FORDYCE SPOTS,PPP AS DIAGNOSIS...NO TREATMENT REQUIRED..BUT HE HAS GIVEN CUTISOFT(hydrocortisone) just to apply bed time.thanks mam..please reply on this different opinion of doctors...please help out

Thank you for your reply.

From the photo image that you have sent , it does look like small seed like warts around the urethral opening and glans penis.

The best method to confirm is this by doing the acetic acid testing at the Dermatologist office. However this is not a specific test for the wart.

The other option would be to get a HPV DNA testing done from the lesions to confirm the diagnosis.

PPP or Fox Fordyce does not present in this manner on the glans penis or around the urethra. You can do the above test to confirm the diagnosis rather than wait and watch as the lesions might spread.

Application of Hydrocortisone will not make any difference in any of the above conditions

Please do get back to me in case of any further queries.
