Dear Ms. Gemechis,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I went through your reports. HCC is one of the possibilities considered in the differential diagnosis based on the CT scan report. There can be multiple causes of such finding and additional tests are needed for further evaluation and confirmation.
I would suggest to go ahead with additional investigations like biopsy, CEA, AFP, CA 19.9, Upper GI scopy, PET CT scan / CT chest, blood tests (CBC, LFT, RFT), lower GI scopy to rule out if the liver lesions were due to some other cancer.
1. The cause of the liver disease should be identified. only then the question of cure / palliation can be answered.
2. / 3. can be answered only when the above investigation reports are available. It is important that you get the tests done soon.
4. I am not sure about US philanthropists, but medical tourism in India is really good based on the feed back from few patients who got treatment under me in India. I had few patients from Iraq and African continent.
Feel free to discuss further,
Kind regards

Hello,
The cost of investigation may be less than INR 2,00,000 and treatment based on the diagnosis.
So once you have the test reports i can guide you further about the facilities.
