Painless immovable hard lump in chest wall. Cause?

Resolved Question:

My 13 year old son has a painless, immovable, hard lump along his chest wall. It's been there for about 2 weeks. He had a moped accident where he fell off the moped and it fell on him. He thinks the moped fell on his other side - not the side where the lump is. However, I'm unsure as to whether or not the lump is associated with that injury or not.

The lump should have arisen from the injury, is it possible for you to upload a picture of the lump??
It will help me in giving the diagnosis. Also did he devel any symptoms??

The lump is not visible at all. It's totally under the skin. There is no bruising or discoloration or anything. That's why it is concerning to me. There are no symptoms. He just feels the lump everyday to see if it has changed in size and so far, it has remained the same size.

I will strongly advise you to get it examined by a physician.
It could be from the injury or an enlarged lymph node, but needs physical examination.
