Hello.
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms and feel that there is no need to go to ER now.
It seems to be a mild head injury. Please watch for severe headache, vomiting, double vision, drowsiness, or fits. If you develop any of these, you should go to ER and get a CT scan brain done.
I hope it helps.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards

Thank you for your response.
How long would it be before I'm out of the words as far as symptoms are concerned?
Thank you for getting back.
If you remain well for 24-48 hours after the head injury, it would be safe to assume that you are out of danger.
Best wishes,

My headache isn't severe and I'm a bit out of it. The site is still tender. And tired due to not sleeping well. But I also believe that my reaction is anxiety based for fear of bleeding in the brain:). Would that be more immediate? Sorry for all the questions
Hello. Thank you for writing to us again.
I can understand your anxiety.
But yes, bleeding in the brain will cause immediate symptoms such as severe fogging, to even losing consciousness.
You definitely do not have that, and try to avoid this unneccessary anxiety. Just take OTC Tylenol or Ibuprofen and your pain will subside. I feel you need to rest for some time and things will get better.
