Tonsillitis is caused by streptococcal organisms most commonly, and streptococcal infections are common in the vagina too.
As such, the tonsils and the vagina both are covered by mucous membranes, so it is not possible to transmit infection by touching these areas one after the other.
When you are unwell however, it is best to practice good hygiene - wash meticulously with soap and water and use a sanitizer after handling the infected tonsils and after handling the vagina.
