I can understand your concern. I reviewed the pictures.
It seems to be a mucous cyst. It doesn't look like cancer in the picture.
However it's better to visit your dermatologist and let him examine it in person and do a biopsy of in doubt.
The mucous cysts can be either frozen or excised.

- I emailed yesterday and mentioned that its a mucous cyst and doesn't look like cancer in the picture. But you should still visit your dermatologist who can examine it and do a biopsy if in doubt.
I came across a similar case in my clinical practice which looked like a mucous cyst but when i did a biopsy it turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma.
Hence i would like to reiterate that please visit your dermatologist who can do a biopsy for you as lesion which are just seen on a picture can be quite deceptive.
