The development of tingling sensation when you are aroused or upset points out to one diagnosis, anxiety.
Anxiety usually causes hyperventilation, this will lead to tingling sensations. There is nothing to be worried about as this is very common.
As tingling is due to hyperventilation, you should learn to control your breathing. When the tingling starts, take slow breaths and try maintaining a normal breathing pattern. You might feel very uneasy when you are trying to control your breathing, but it will subside as hyperventilation goes away.
You should also try to deviate yourself physically, like start walking when you start developing hyperventilation. As this will maintain a good blow to your lungs and will also deviate you mentally. By this your tingling should come under control. If there is no improvement in two weeks, I suggest you go for meditation classes.
