Hello, Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.
From your symptoms it appears child is developing symptoms of Cerebral Palsy.
Firstly, its very wrong you had started your child on bottle milk. Breast milk is a must and should be given to a child. As in breats milk there are immunoglobins, vitamins you are transferring for your baby especially the first six months. By this the child gets immunity and nutrition. A child not breast fed is susceptible to many infections and developmental delay.
Breast milk helps in the mental and physical maturation of baby. Now, that you have started your child with bottle feed, you have to stop it immediately and start with breast milk as soon as possible. Cerebral palsy is a condition where your child does not reach the developmental milestones and shows features of loss of feed. It very commonly occurs in babies not breast fed. If you do not start with breast feeding immediately your child will be in great danger of acquiring many infections and reach a fatal stage. I also suggest you not give anything other than breast milk. It's a common practice to put honey in the mouth of babies, I suggest you avoid any of such actions.
I also suggest you visit a pediatrician and consult regarding the developmental milestones.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask follow-up questions
