Hello
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
You have uploaded a single image.
Can you please upload the exact report ?
I would then assist you with your concern.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
Thank you once again.
These are just the images.
The actual reported words would be much more helpful.
I would be glad if that can be sent across.
Here is my input , based on the images.
You need a very competent laparoscopic surgeon to remove the 19 cm multilocular cyst, but yes, it can be done laparoscopically in expert hands.
Regarding your ability to conceive, it depends on the operative findings.
If the cyst involves one ovary totally, that would be removed.
But the other might be intact.
Also, the patency of the fallopian tubes needs to be tested after surgery.
If the tubes are fine, and atleast one ovary is normal, you can conceive.
Of course, it depends on the biopsy report too, after the cyst is removed.
Clomiphene citrate would not cause such a big cyst.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards.
