Swollen, red, itchy foot after sand fleas bite.

Resolved Question:

I am in Rio de Janeiro. I was bitten by sand fleas, I am guessing. Or a non-venomous spider. Now my foot is swollen and red and itchy. I don't feel sick or fevervish. I am applying a topical anti-itch. Do I need to seek medical attention?
