Resolved question:
Friday night I was attacked by two dogs. Luckily neither dog pierced the skin but they did a number on my arm. My left arm is swollen and bruised from my shoulder to fingertips. Friday it didn't hurt at all, Saturday it began to hurt, Sunday it hurt a lot but now the slightest touch is excruciating. Should I go to the doctor or ER? How should I treat it at home?

I understand your concern.
I have reviewed the images and it definitely looks infected. Dog bite or scratch does not always spread rabies, but does make the area more prone to bacterial infection.
Since you have so much pain, the infection could be spreading and it is better you get it physically examined once. If required they can put you on appropriate antibiotics.
