Surgery for falling down on elbow with excruciating pain.

Resolved Question:

About a week ago well running I tripped and fell on my elbow well my arm was stretch out. I was in excruciating pain for about an hour. Put some ice on it and felt fine. Only problem is the pain's in my wrist and shake now. I can't grip anything. To painful for me to play the drums. When I make a fist and shake my wrist that's where the pain comes in. It's a dull pain not a sharp horrible one. Just feels a little sore. How long might this take to heal, you think it might require surgery. I think I'd be able to tell by now if my elbow bone was broken. Thanks!

Yes, I am using NCCN guidelines to detect the presence of hereditaory breast cancer. After meeting the criteria, how do you calculate the risk level in some level of percentatage( like the risk level is 2.5). I have seen some articles. Please see the link.

I have seen some model like BOADICEA. They are using Bayes theorem to predict BARCA1 and BRCA2. But I dont know how do they calculate.
Does this website provide any biostatistics person who might be able to help me as you have answered?
