Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern and apologise for the delay in replying.
I have screened all your reports, and there are lots of factors that are not in control. Your RBC and leucocyte count is higher than usual, cholesterol levels are high, SGPT is high, as well as vitamin d levels are low.
I will need to know your previous medical history. and current symptoms to help me understand the case better. Are you on any medication? What is your height and weight?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I went through the whole report.
Most of the highlighted values are insignificant.
The significant ones are you have raised homocysteine, raised uric acid and raised triglycerides.
You need to to quit drinking alcohol as this may raise the homocysteine and uric acid levels.
You can take folic acid supplements.
Try to avoid red meat and include more of green leafy vegetables.
Repeat uric acid after following these instructions. If the uric acid level is still high, you may have to take medications.
You need to consult your doctor for prescription to treat high TGL.
Since you have oily stools and having upper abdominal pain, a CT scan of the abdomen may be done to rule out chronic pancreatitis.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Doctor,
as per your suggestion i got CT scan done, i am attaching report.
i have few doubts. in the first mail you mentioned leucocyte count , SGPT and others are high and termed as insignificant in reply and only considered Homocystine, uricacid , triglyceride levels. please help me understand my exact health condition.
Please let me know if i need to undergo further tests/investigations.
Thank you
Rajasekhar
Hello,
I am sorry for the confusion. I would like to stress that though some values are raised, significant change is associated with ONLY uric acid, homocysteine and triglycerides levels. You should follow the advice mentioned in the previous email to control them.
Also, I reviewed your CT report. They are normal.
Hope it was helpful.
Take care
