Please start with oral rehydration therapy with electrical powder. It will help to fight dehydration caused by loose motions. You can take 200-300 ml of fluid per episode of diarrhoea.
Do you have nausea/vomiting?
How is the character of fluids? Blood stained/mucus/ or watery?

The stool is watery but the bigger problem is the mild stomach pain which relates to Some infection or food poisoning. Could you please suggest some medicine for that.

Please start taking tab. metronidazole 400 mg 4 times for three days and tab ciprofloxacin 500 twice for three days.
Also, keep using ORS along with it. It is the mainstay of the treatment.
