Hello
Thanks for writing back to us at DoctorSpring with your health concern.
Your B HCG values are within normal range, and are doubling as they should .
So don't worry based on the B HCG values.
The serial estimation of B HCG values is not the best way to determine if the pregnancy is progressing normally.
The gold standard to determine a successful pregnancy is to have a transvaginal ultrasound scan documenting cardiac activity.
Your medications are also quite ideal, and as I previously told you also, the mutation cannot cause a miscarriage as you are heterozygous for it.
So stop worrying, there are all good chances of a favourable pregnancy outcome this time.
Please wait for the ultrasound scan to know if the baby is alright.
All the best
Please feel free to ask for further clarifications.
Thankyou

Hello again.
Please do not apologize for asking too many questions.
I am here for addressing your doubts and anxieties.
It is natural for you to feel apprehensive when you have been through so much trauma.
Please wait and watch and stay positive until your scan results are in hand.
All the best to you.

i will repeat my hcg today as my dr ask me ,
my last hcg was at 4 weeks 6 days 675 at 18 th march at 18:00 pm ,
today i am 5 weeks 2 days this mean almost 72 hrs apart ,, what hcg should be at least ?
It should be atleast 1300 - 1400.
Again dont make much of numbers.
ONly a viable ultrasound scan is confirmatory.

Hi dr
My beta hcg was 675 at 18 march , today after 72 hrs it is 2674 ,
What do u think
I think it is a very good development.
The HCG values are rising very optimally.
Keep your fingers crossed, and stay positive.
I think the pregnancy has very good chances of continuing normally.
Take care.
Do keep me posted.
