The hematocrit and RDW is slightly high, however, that is nothing to worry about.
The worrying factor is the high cholesterol, LDL, and Triglycerides. You're 33 years old, so if you work on your diet and exercise daily, you can reduce them to desired levels. Please exercise or walk or jog for at least 45 minutes daily at least 5 times a week, followed by strict diet control, avoiding ghee, sugar, dairy products, cheese, e.t.c
You can repeat the values after 6 months, following exercise and diet control. If the values are still not normal, we can start you on statin therapy.
