It doesn't seem to be any std or herpes.

It seems to be due to eczema which is due to an allergy.

Application of cortisone cream mixed with neosporin cream twice daily would be useful.

In case the lesions do not heal in a week, I would recommend consulting a local dermatologist.

If you could send me one more pic which is a bit zoomed out, it would help me see the lesion better. But it's surely not a std.

It looks like eczema. I would suggest you follow my recommendation. For itching you can take an anti histamine like claritin.
