Hello,
Such yellow patches are suggestive of high bilirubin/ jaundice.
You need to get her LFT done and we can follow up from there.
I will advise you to get her LFT and CBC done to rule out hepatitis.
She also has myalgia ( pain in her limbs - intermittent suggestive of muscle pain ), and flu like symptoms, which can be present in initial stages of viral hepatitis.
Once her LFT reports are ready we can proceed with management.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
