Sharp pain on lower ribs, spotting, birth control pill. MISCARRIAGE?

Hi my name is Wendy I'm 21yrs, old. I have a 7 months old baby girl. And went to the clinic to get birth control pills and I only took the pills for one month which was in june. And been having unprotected sex in august and discontinued the birth control since I missed a period for august and september. And a week ago I got extremely sharp pain on my lower rib cage and I couldn't move and pain all the way to my heart. And since then I been spotting and the color has darken and it's been a problem because it's been two weeks already and doctors haven't gave me an appt until the 25th. And I'm worried if i possibly had a miscarriage or something else

I have taken two pregnancy test before the bleeding and they came back negative and this has happened to me during my first pregnancy til the 3months the it shown I was pregnant

If that is the case, do not rely on a pregnancy test.
Just go for an ultrasound scan.
