Resolved question:
I am 35 years old male,.diabetic.
I went for a regular yearly eye test and to change my prescription glasses. The doctor told me that I have a few blood dots but nothing to worry about and sent me back home with the same prescription.
I started seeing ashadow in my right eye and I went back to the doctor who did a full eye test and took pictures of the nerve and confirmed that there is nothing he can see and maybe it is a floater.
I decided to take another opinion and I did, the second doctor told me that I have an early stage MD.
I went back to my first doctor who I am following up with on regular basis and told me that my eyes are perfectly fine and he can't any signs of MD.
I am concerned because
1-the diagnoses with MD, where did that come from
2- I feel that I need to change prescription but on the chart I have 15/20 right eye and 20/20 left eye
3- the shadow I see in my right eye that cannot be explained.
I would like to add one more thing the doctor said about the shadow after taking a picture of the nerve, he said that he can see that the vitreous is detache but not completely and that this can be the cause of the shadow which is different density the gel. (The line you see it's marked in pencil for clarity)
I am attaching the oct and retina picture (I asked about the yellow shades but he said it's only a flair of the flash and not drusens)
I am also attaching a picture of the never he took which shows different density of the gel but not sure if it is clear enough.
I would like to know what is your opinion in regards to the MD and the attached reports.
Finally, I am extremely worried :)

You mentioned that you have 2 pinched nerves. How did you come to find out about it? An MRI is commonly done determine the source for compression of your nerves producing the back pain and numbness of your thigh. Therefore if you haven’t obtained one already, I would recommend you to get one done so that a cause can be found out. Depending on the cause for eg. Disc prolapse according management can be suggested to take care of the problem pinching your nerves. A pain specialist can help, but if there is an anatomical cause then fixing that problem would help you better long term.
With regards to your numb thigh, just be watchful while your problem is being evaluated. If your skin is not sensitive to touch, temperature your body will not be aware if some harmful stimulus is applied to your thigh.

My chiropractor did x-ray which showed the pinched nerves. I have numbness burning and sometimes pain in my thigh. Should I still have mri?

Yes, in my opinion, MRI would be a better option as it would identify the exact source of compression of the nerves.
