Hello,
Welcome at Doctor spring.
I have read your question with diligence and understand your concern.
From your details it looks like you may be suffering from sacro iliac dysfunction.
Most probably this has occurred due to abnormal bending at your back.
It is pain in the lower back at the junction of the sacro iliac bones. It can occur due to multiple causes that put a stress at that joint. In your case as I said it is most likely due to abnormal bending.
You should do following to have relief in this-
-Do rest.Avoid bending at your back.
-Put pillow under your leg when you are sleeping. This will relax your back muscles & ease your pain.
-Take good analgesic like a combination of tramadol with paracetamol like ultracet. This should be taken on prescription. Or you can take the Over the counter drug Tylenol after food , three times a day for 3 - 5 days.
-Do warm fermentation at your back either by standing under a warm shower for 10 minutes or dipping a towel in warm water and placing it on your back.
- You can visit a physiotherapist who will teach you various stretching and stabilizing exercises.
If you feel no improvement after a week from now, you will require to get an X-Ray of you pelvis, hips lumbosacral spine.
Hope this all will help you.
With best wishes.
