Hello,
Welcome at DoctorSpring.
I have read your question with diligence.
If you are unable to stand on your toes on affected leg & if thomas test is showing that your TA is not intact - unfortunately then it goes in favor that your TA is still not in approximation. You should confirm your rupture TA with MRI investigation preferably. (although in good hands clinical examination is sufficient.) Surgery is a preferred choice usually for ruptured TA. Still you should consider this option in consult with your Doctor after confirming the diagnosis.
Hope this will help you.

Thank you
With best wishes.
