Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
Tdap is not a concern for pregnancy.
But MMR is.
However, there is no guideline which says that a woman who falls pregnant within 4 weeks of exposure to MMR vaccine, should have a pregnancy termination.
She should be counselled about the theoretical risk to the fetus, and if she is willing to take the chance, the pregnancy maybe continued.
Regarding influenza, was it live or inactivated vaccine ?
Please go through this link -

All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Patient replied :
Influenza vaccine was inactivated type
That is safe during pregnancy and peri conceptional period.
So the only concern is about the MMR, and that too does not warrant termination.
A thorough counselling with a Fetal Medicine Expert is in order to understand possible complications, and you can go ahead with the pregnancy understanding all the risks, with due tests done at proper intervals.
Take care.
