Hello
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
If you have already developed antibodies, there is no point in having a shot of Anti - D injection.
You should repeat the ICT ( Indirect Coombs Test ) before going for the shot.
Only if it is negative ( meaning that you have not yet developed antibodies ), you need the injection.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards.

Thank you!
Here the routine is not to do that I found out this morning. Can it cause any harm to the baby, or myself, if i take it and have developed antibodies?
Kind regards,
Malin
Hello.
It can do no harm.
It would mean a waste of a couple of thousand rupees, and that matters !
