I have redness just below and around my penis head
Doctor had me use antifungal for two weeks anf didnt help
He now had me on a steriod cream. Can yoi take a look and give me opinion on what you think it could be

I appreciate the redness that you mention, however it does not seem due to fungal infection. It seems to be more of an allergy. Allergy to a condom or a lubricant etc. Cortisone cream applied twice a day and a moisturizer applied twice a day should be able to slowly resolve it.
Cortisone is the mildest steroid cream. It will be necessary to treat an allergy.
